GMA-7’s primetime couple, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera (DongYan) finally reveals the real score between them in the February 2010 issue of Yes! magazine Philippines.

Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes share a love story that started with an uneventful first meeting and went on to a highly successful team-up in Marimar, where they had a strictly professional relationship despite their onscreen chemistry.

“We would connect on the most important scene, and then after that, wala na,” Dingdong Dantes recalls. “Siguro, wala lang sa tipo namin ang magpa-cute sa set.” Marian Rivera adds, “Hindi si Dingdong Dantes ang tipo na pa-cute, e. Hindi rin ako ‘yong tipong pa-cute.”

Their relationship started during their team-up for the series Marimar. Dingdong revealed that he started to realized that he had feelings for Marian while on a trip to New York whereas for Marian, she realized it during one of their trips to Los Angeles.
